Cervello Aziendale (Italian for “company brain”) is exactly that — the one place you run everything from, always aligned and updated in real time. No more windows open all over the place, no more “hang on, let me check”.
The problem
The more a company grows, the more it fragments. One system for customers, ten spreadsheets for the numbers, scattered chats where the real decisions get made, folders full of documents nobody can ever find again. Every piece of information lives somewhere different and nobody has the full picture. Time is lost searching, the data does not match up, and decisions are made on gut feeling because the overall view is missing. It is not mess: it is simply what happens when tools grow one at a time, without a plan.
The solution
We built a single platform that holds everything together: records, activities, documents, numbers and people. Not yet another tool to learn, but the starting point of every working day. Each department sees what it needs — with the right permissions — and the numbers update themselves as the work flows. One single truth, shared by everyone, instead of ten versions that never match.
How it works
At the centre is a dashboard that tells you the state of the company at a glance. From there you step into every area — customers, projects, deadlines, performance — without ever switching application. The automations take on the repetitive work: reminders, status updates, reports that write themselves. Role-based access means everyone sees only what concerns them, from the owner to the newest recruit.

We did not bend the company to fit software bought the same for everyone: we built the software around the way it really works.
